L'asymétrie celebrated its 4th anniversary on December 1st.

We have been able to reach this day thanks to the support of our valued customers, producers, business partners, and staff.

We will continue to work hard every day, grateful for all the encounters we have had, so we hope you will continue to support L'asymétrie.

The Christmas course will be available from December 22nd to 25th for 19,000 yen per person.

We will be open until the 29th of this year, so we ask for your understanding.

We will deliver the ingredients that chefs love from all over the country to their valued customers!
It's delicious to have the ingredients delivered from afar.
The producer who sends it knows the best way to transport the ingredients.
Of course, there are many delicious vegetables and fruits in Tachikawa, so I use them, but there is a reason to take them from other than Tachikawa.
A wine that carefully selects dishes that can only be eaten in Asymmetrici without being bound by the French frame, incorporating various homemade seasonings, fermentation / aging, spices, etc. that are homemade based on the rice koji received from the Kitajima Koji store in Tachikawa. We will prepare with our view of the world.
