The producer who sends it knows the best way to transport the ingredients. Of course, there are many delicious vegetables and fruits in Tachikawa, so I use them, but there is a reason to take them from other than Tachikawa. A wine that carefully selects dishes that can only be eaten in Asymmetrici without being bound by the French frame, incorporating various homemade seasonings, fermentation / aging, spices, etc. that are homemade based on the rice koji received from the Kitajima Koji store in Tachikawa.
